Couple arrested on charges of kidnapping two children from Badakhshan provincial hospital

The Taliban in Badakhshan province announced the arrest of a couple on charges of kidnapping two children from the provincial hospital of the province.

According to the information released, the two are accused of kidnapping one child about a year ago and the other child three weeks ago from the Badakhshan provincial hospital.

Officials have announced that both children have been identified and rescued and have been handed over to their original families.
