A new report from the US Congressional Research Service shows that the US Air Force has lost 42 of its most advanced fighter jets, support aircraft and drones during the war with Iran.
According to the report, the recorded losses include four F-15E Strike Eagle fighters, one F-35E Lightning II fifth-generation fighter jet, one A-10 Thunderbolt II attack aircraft and seven KC-135 Stratotanker tanker aircraft.
