Meanwhile, the head of the Lashkar-e-Torah Foundation announced that these projects are being implemented within the framework of the Food System and Resilience to Crisis (RFS) program and with the financial support of the World Food Program (WFP).

Qari Fazlullah Deoband, head of Panjshir’s Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock Department, also stated that these projects had previously been started in Annaba and Asbar districts, but due to the cessation of the activities of the previous institution, their work had been stopped.
