A 20-year-old Afghan man has been arrested in Germany after an 11-year-old girl was allegedly sexually assaulted in a school bathroom in Koblenz, RE Mix journalist Thomas Brooke reported.

The man is suspected of sexually assaulting the child on school grounds on April 28, prosecutors said. Another 19-year-old man is also being questioned as an accomplice.

Police have not yet determined how the two men gained access to the school.

The 19-year-old suspect is accused of holding the child while the 20-year-old allegedly carried out the attack, according to Focus Online.
The child victim told her older sister about the attack two days later, which led her parents to call the police. The family reportedly tracked the Afghan suspect to a house and notified authorities.
