Two men killed in two separate incidents in Samangan

Local sources in Samangan province say that two men were killed by unknown gunmen in two separate incidents in Aibak city and Firozankhchir district.

According to the sources, in the first incident, a man was attacked by unknown people in the vicinity of Aibak city while he was inside a garden and died.

A few hours after this incident, a similar incident occurred in Firozankhchir district, as a result of which another man was also killed.

The motive for these two murders and the identities of the perpetrators have not been clarified so far. Local Taliban officials have also not made an official comment on the matter.
