Former Baghlan Governor Sayed Jafar Naderi Arrested in Istanbul

Former Baghlan Governor Sayed Jafar Naderi, commander of the 80th Division in the 1990s, was arrested two days ago in Istanbul, Turkey.

Sources say that Naderi was arrested by Turkish police after entering the country and then transferred to prison.
