Many analysts believe that the policies of US President Donald Trump have increasingly strengthened the image of the United States as a law-breaking, tyrannical and dictatorial power in the minds of world public opinion.

Trump often speaks with momentary, scattered comments and without strategic depth. His foreign policy, once defined by "America First", has now become an arena of fantasy and contradiction. Critics liken him to a "lying shepherd"; someone who makes big promises and media headlines, but lacks a coherent, precise and finished policy.
