New orders from the Taliban leader; from changing the name of "Police" to "Sharta" to registering officials' assets

In his latest statements, the Amir al-Mu'mineen of the Taliban has presented a set of new guidelines and orders for emirate officials, the focus of which is the fight against corruption, strengthening administrative order, and reforming government structures.

Based on these statements, the following points have been specifically emphasized:

* Prohibition of receiving gifts: Emirate officials should not accept gifts or presents from anyone under any circumstances, because this action can lead to corruption.
* Prohibition of trade for officials: No official has the right to engage in trade and must only deal with government duties.
* Prohibition of construction of schools by officials: Officials are not allowed to build schools and, if they are built, they must hand them over to the Ministry of Education.
* Changing the name of the police: From now on, the word "police" will be replaced by the word "condition" and this issue is expected to be legalized soon.
* Registering assets: The assets of all individuals are registered upon entering the system and are reviewed at the end of the mission; excess assets will be returned to the treasury.
* Pardoning past disobedience: Past transgressions are pardoned, but strict adherence to future orders is emphasized.
* Not interceding for violators: Officials are prohibited from supporting or recommending violators.
* Presence of scholars in meetings: It is emphasized that scholars be present in technical and non-technical meetings.
* The necessity of obeying the leadership: It is emphasized that complete obedience to the leadership's orders is emphasized within the framework of the Islamic Emirate system.
